Chicken Parmesan Casserole.


  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 (12 ounce) can chicken chunks, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs


  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
  3. Once the water is boiling, stir in the rotini, and return to a boil.
  4. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.
  5. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
  6. Stir together the rotini, chicken, and mozzarella cheese in a large casserole dish.
  7. Pour the marinara sauce over the pasta mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is entirely melted, about 35 minutes.
