- 600 gr of flour
- 350 gr of water
- 15 gr of fine salt
- 25 gr of extra virgin olive oil
- 12 gr of fresh brewer’s yeast
- Mix the flour with the salt.
- Separately, dissolve the yeast in the water and add the oil.
- Integrate everything and form a compact and soft dough.
- Let rise for at least 2 hours.
- Then divide the dough into 8 parts of 120 gr each.
- Form the sandwiches and make incisions.
- Sprinkle some flour and let it double in volume.
- Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30-40 minutes.
